Welcome back to the third episode dedicated to open a service center boilers and air conditioners.
In the previous episodes, we have presented how it work a service center, what are the working tools and some rules to follow for good management of this type of activity.
To understand how it work a service center boilers and air conditioners, we turned to a entrepreneur who for years worked in this field and covers the assistance of some major brands.

Open a service center boilers and air conditioners: how it work a professional center?
Meanwhile we need an office with an attached repair center to be able to perform minor repairs. You must have in office a person who responds and distributes assistance actions and of course to have a program management for customers in order to ensure different interventions perfectly.
How is organized a boiler service center and what are the main figures in its organization?
There is the technical manager: one for boilers and one for air conditioners, the secretary involved in the management interventions which distributes them to the technicals, the secretary of the guarantees and of the accounting and a pbx to response to clients with 6 lines.
The training of technicians is compulsory and it is held at school facilities of the manufacturers of boilers and air conditioners. Usually every technician have 2 courses per year. In addition to technical training they also receive lessons about new regulations.

What types of assistance do you offer to your customers?
We start from : the first activation of the boiler, we check the functioning of the product and we complete with the warranty.
As for the boilers, the year after we contact the customer to perform maintenance.
Then there is the assistance for the reparations, where action must be completed within 48 hours.
What type of clients do you have?
Vary: from private clients, some industries, many hotels and public institutions.

What are the means at your disposal and what are equipments for the technician?
The van, the suitcase with the work equipment (keys, screwdrivers, etc..) Gas analyzer, voltage meter, an instrument for the control of gas leaks, thermometer, micro-manometer to measure the gas pressure, pressure gauge to measure pressure liquids, vacuum gauge, flow meter, compressor and pump for washing and impianti.ecc exchangers.
How is moving your field and how do you think to operate?
There is more competition and we are geared to give more professionalism to our clients.
We sincerely believe in saving energy, they are years that we propose energy-efficient boilers
What sets you apart from competitors and which is your point of strength?
Our professionalism, the ability to give customers more choices, given our extensive range of products, we always guarantee genuine parts and our strength is the quality of service.
How is structured your field ?
We start from company that produces the boiler that is divided into several branches, there is the technical department where we demand information and assistance. There is also the sales office where we give information on potential customers;
There is also the parts’s office. There’s also the head area that is visiting us at least once a month. Finally, there are the service centers (us) and on the other hand, the installers. The other figures are: on one hand those who sell the boilers, from the other, the big stores.
