Salve a tutti. C'è ancora spazio nell'apertura di un'attività come un bed and breakfast? Ed in particolare, in quali aree?

Sicuramente nelle zone ad alta vocazione turistica. Anche in quelle zone di passaggio e limitrofe ad aree turistiche di punta.

Vicino alle stazioni centrali, accanto ad aereoporti, aree turistiche e zone limitrofe, vicino ad ospedali di grandi dimensioni che ospitano degenti che vengono da altre regioni, zone dove c'è una forte presenza di lavoratori che vengono da fuori per periodi brevi e temporanei, ecc..
